A management buyout in 2002, saw the company ownership move to the current CEO, Paul Bradford, along with a number of the current key shareholders, and from this time they have taken the company from strength to strength, bringing new solutions to market and showing outstanding incremental revenues through a programme of organic growth and acquisitions. The recent buy back from PE firm Living Bridge has placed the future of SCG firmly in the hands of the key shareholders, increasing their number from 5 to 10. The addition of a further 5 c-suite roles has ensured a smooth progression pathway within the senior leadership team for the next 5 to 10 years.
